New Groom & Pamper Booking Appointment System As your pet’s welfare and your custom is our number one priority from the 1st of April 2018, we will be introducing our new Booking Appointment System & Late Appointment Policy.
For Dog Full Groom Packages
To ensure your dogs full groom appointment is secured we require a deposit of £10 on the day of booking the appointment (if over the phone) or before. Walk-ins are still available, subject to availability.
For Cat Groom Packages
Please note all cat grooms will require a 50% deposit.
How can I make the payment for the deposit?
Payment can be over the telephone (card accepted) or in store (cash or card).
No appointment can be confirmed without the deposit payment being received.
All deposits are non-refundable however we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances do happen. Provided you reschedule your appointment allowing for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice this can be accommodated subject to availability.
Why do I need to give a deposit?
Your pet is our priority, and we aim to create the most stress-free environment for your pet to enjoy his or her pamper session. To ensure this is the case, pet’s need to arrive and leave in a timely fashion, and appointment slots need to be adhered to as we also appreciate how busy owners are too. Prompt rearrangement of our schedule on any given day is essential for this to happen.
Arriving late for your appointment
We require all pets to be dropped off at the time of their scheduled appointment. Late arrival to your pet’s scheduled appointment (15+ minutes late) may result in your pet’s appointment being allocated to another pet, and you may forfeit your time-slot and deposit made on day of the booking.
