The New Grooming Parlour and Self Service Dog Wash is due to open towards the end of April 2013.

The Kennelgate Grooming Parlour is located within our Alvaston store in Derby, with a view to opening new Grooming Parlours in the future.

Offering professional dog grooming for all breeds, to make your dog feel pampered, from the smelliest dog to just a quick freshen up!

No matter what their coat type, all dogs can benefit from regular trips to the groomers:

All treatments and prices are based on your dog's individual requirements and your personal preferences. Our groomer will be happy to discuss prices with you.

The Grooming Parlour is open 7 days at week. Normal working hours are 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am until 6pm on Saturday's and 10am - 4pm on Sunday's

SELF SERVICE DOG WASH

New to Kennelgate Derby! The self service area consists of a professional dog bath and dryer, shampoo, towels, restraints (for the less keen dog!) Fully enclosed area with lead hooks to secure any other dog whilst waiting for their turn. Don't want to make a mess in your bathroom at home? Let us do the cleaning - cleared of all hair and disinfected after every use.

Don't want to kneel over your bath at home? Easy to use standing height bath! No more sore knees!
Been on a muddy walk?
Even the largest of breeds fit!

Only £5 for 15 minutes

Token operated - both bath and dryer are powered as soon as a coin is inserted. Additional tokens can be purchased with no maximum time limit. There will always be someone around to give you a hand if you are struggling.

Full Time/Part Time Vacancy's £6.90 per hour
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced dog groomers to work in our new modern grooming parlours.
You will be responsible for all aspects of grooming to a high standard and be competent in working with all breeds and all sizes. Having a passion for pets and being able to communicate with customers in a busy retail environment is also essential.
