Bank Holiday
Due to the Bank Holiday Monday the Kennelgate retail office & warehouse will be closed on Monday 7th May. We will re open on Tuesday 8th May.
Any orders placed towards the end of week commencing the 30st of April may take a little longer than normal to be delivered once dispatched due to our courier UPS also not working over the Bank Holiday Monday.
Please note that orders placed over this period will be processed as soon as possible from Tuesday 8th May. If you have any questions regarding when your order will be dispatched please contact us by email at hello@kennelgate.co.uk.

We reserve the right to remove or amend this offer at any point.
Additional charges apply to remote/rural postcodes (see below).
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 for orders under £29.00.
Remote and Rural Postcodes
Unfortunately we have to charge an additional £14.95 per order, to cover the increased cost that we incur to deliver to the following areas. Please note that delivery can take up to an additional 4 working business days for the postcode areas as listed below.

Delivery Coverage
Sorry, but we only currently deliver to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and UK offshore island addresses. We cannot currently deliver to The Channel Islands as listed below:

Delivery Methods
Delivery from UPS
Once your order had been collected by UPS you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from Kennelgate and then a further email from UPS with a track and trace number, you can use this information to track your parcel via the UPS website. Your order is now in the hands of UPS, and will take 1 working business day* to complete the delivery.
*For delivery's going to remote/rural postcodes delivery can take up to an additional 4 working days from the point of dispatch.
UPS do require a signature for each parcel that is being delivered. It is your responsability to ensure that you are home or are able to collect the item from the couriers depot if they were unable to reach you at home. We are more than happy to send your order to your place of work or to a neighbour if this is more convenient.
If no one is avaliable at the stated delivery address , each time an attempt is made, UPS will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Delivery will be attempted 3 times, please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or to collect from your local depot.
Please note: That in times of extreme weather and other events out of our control, delivery times may be affected, we will aim to inform you of any disruption as soon as possible.
Delivery from Royal Mail
For very small items that we are able to post, we will aim to send them through royal mail (this is solely at our discretion). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from Kennelgate. Your order is now with Royal Mail, and should take 1-2 working days to complete delivery*.
